How long have you been with Swooft?

This August makes 3 years with Swooft.

What is your favorite part about being a dog walker?

My favorite part is getting to spend my days outside being active and in the sun.

Do you have any pets at home?

My soul sister dog Zoë passed away in 2022 after almost 14 years with us, and that same weekend I adopted my now baby, our tuxedo cat Cassie!

What made you want to become a dog walker?

I worked at a dog day care for a few years and that solidified that I wanted to work with animals. It’s when I am my happiest self! I enjoy spending one on one time with animals which led me toward walking.

What's your favorite way to spend a day off?

A perfect day off is sleeping in, having a great breakfast, and spending time with my fiancé.

​

What dog breed is most similar to your personality and why?

I’m going to go with a Lab. I have random bursts of energy followed by lots of napping!

What animal would you like to trade lives with for a day and why?

I think I would trade with an eagle. I imagine the feeling of soaring through the wind and observing the world from above is unlike any other!

If you were stranded on a deserted island with any of the pets you care for, who would you choose and why?

I would have to go with my bestie since I started walking, Rodi! He’s a fierce protector, a goofball, and incredibly smart. I feel like he’d be both resourceful and comforting.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself! 

 I’m getting married in October! We’ve been together over nine years now and I am so excited to marry my best friend!
